You don't need any experience with energetic work. Here's how a session unfolds, and why distance is never a barrier.
How does distance healing work?
Energy is not bound by physical distance. When we connect with intention, I can hold you in the healing space wherever you are in the world. Many of my clients are in Europe, Namibia, Australia and the Americas — and the work reaches them just the same. All you need is a quiet place where you won't be disturbed.
What happens in a trance-healing?
In a trance-healing, I move into a trance state and bring you energetically into the healing space. There, I witness what your spirit team works on and heals. You simply rest and allow yourself to receive. Afterwards, you receive a voice message in which I share what unfolded and the messages that came through for you. A session takes around 20 minutes.
What is a mediumistic reading?
A reading is a live 60-minute meeting on Zoom. I connect with you energetically and, as a medium, read your potentials and the next steps that want to unfold. I pass on the guidance and messages I receive from the spirit world — always with clarity and respect for your own path.

Prepare
Find a quiet moment for yourself. For a reading, we meet on Zoom; for a healing, you simply rest where you are.
Receive
We hold the session together. You don't need to do anything but be open to what wants to come.
Integrate
You receive your voice message or live guidance — and carry it gently into your everyday life.
